Please save yourself from further deterioration and do not attend this clinic. Though it is cost effective the advise given and medication prescribed by “Dr” Alan Blandthorn fast tracked me into psychosis. This man’s ego sadly gets in the way of being a decent medical professional and it’s deeply concerning. Protect your health and find a safe psychiatrist who is in this for more than money.

Very bad experience
They send 2 messages and said they can't contact me and contact my and dr rang me and said ring 5hem now and take appointment given by them 2 times ledy was there and this time men was there ledy clearly said we will give u appointment after wget drs new,referal
And this men said triage service is on line service we don't take any cases which is not going to do harm to socity or self harm he told ne asking general qusmetion but it was not general querions it was like 48 minute I tervjew I said therapy dor which my dr suested he said are u ready to take medication I said without assessing me how u can prescribed medicine there are lots of Sid's effect of medication as I try I. Past and make ne helisunated
I stoped it imnedietly as it was worsening my condition
He said sorry we avmcant treat u here he was receptionist he never said he is,dr and how come I belive the person on phone is gunine person sin e long I am not getinv face to fave appointment and on asking proof of idendity I had been regused to give said due to privecg reason we can't give u proof of our idenidtyand I am going through zeverve depression he said you go in private paid service
We give only phone appointment and we don't call petient who is not threat to other person what a joke what goverment is doing? If petient said things and without evolution it they said every thing ok we can't give u service in emergency they do same thing and I realise they want to torture me to the point I till I take wrong step and take my life that js what they want and they ars supported by their Bose's as in general person can't openly deny treatment without giving any proof
I am totaly disappointed is any one haz come across such treatment ? I have many thing to write but it will become too lengthy

The best public health service I got lucky to have ever received.

Deeply empathetic, competent and attentive psychologists, young psychiatrists in further training, the consultant, mental health nurses -
- the entire team, all have been providing effective and humane support in rebuilding myself after the harsh brush with depression.
The reception stuff has always been friendly and down
to the point helpful.

Always waiting 20 minutes to half an hour before each appointment, literally harassed and bothered to death (and I mean it!) ‘are you taking your tablets are you taking your medication?’ The same questions day in and day out and if I say anything about it they immediately say that I’m not well.
I have to admit though I did string them along and use them.
Only good people out of it were Orpah Savanhu, Richard Barnes and Mark Allen. (Mark Allen is Ralph Nicholson in disguise).

Otherwise when Ralph and I did get together he would’ve had this thing in his head to make me angry.

Encourage all of you who have poor experience with public mental health system to raise your concerns with Mental Health Complaints Commissioner for yourself or your loved ones.

I have submitted complaints for my husband. Hope we can make the services and system better, instead of letting it ruin people and the family's mental health!

Reception has very little empathy over the phone. Very abrupt response and talks over me whilst giving information. Also had written down dates for my appointments and was booked to something else.. bit of a joke really.

Except for 1 case worker I had they have never been helpful and once I was discharged basically refused to help me with even the most basic questions… wait time for booked appointments was never kept by any of them and they are beyond ignorant and actually basically completely useless.
