I am stunned that this centre only has 3star rating. I give it a 5!!! The staff are amazing, like wonderfully amazing—from the moment I stepped into the clinic to when they walked me out after my procedure. Plus the fact that no other clinic in Brisbane matches the cost they offer for the mirena replacement. It was worth the drive! I’ll definitely see this place again in 5yrs and hopefully, Clare and the other ladies will still be there👊🙏🏻. Grateful and blessed!

I would NEVER recommend this place ever.

Appointment was booked over a week in advance all information given over the phone as they had requested prior to appointment. Attended the day surgery only to be told that I was to high risk based on information I had already given (BMI ) and was not told until after I had been admitted to the clinic that could even be a factor of high risk or that there was even a remote chance of the surgery not proceeding based on that information alone.

The drs that I saw lacked any empathy for what was happening nor did they take any accountability and all I was met with was were sorry for the inconvenience and we were then told we would need a referral for the surgery to be done elsewhere.

We then had to call 2 times before the clinic had even sent the referral that they had promised would be sent as soon as we left ( 6 hours ago) and followed up with the clinic who the referral was being sent to.

We were then lied to about the reasoning as to why the referral not been sent yet and when we confronted the staff regarding this lie no one had absolutely anything to say for it other then they are “sorry for the inconvenience “ yet again.

The only positive I can give this clinic is the nurse who initially saw me and triaged me,
She understood the frustration I was facing regarding an already majorly traumatic experience let alone there poorly run clinic and lack of empathy or compassion from any other staff members. She was empathetic and took on everything I had to say and to be honest handled a very upset person in the most beautiful way she could. She not only supported me but my partner who was also extremely upset. She is an asset to a horrible team and I hope this experience is a huge learning lesson for the clinic who is supposed to “empower women”

If you want reliability in an already hard situation this is not the clinic for you.

This Clinic is very professional and empathetic. I have been to this clinic on 2 seperate occasions and have been treated with the utmost respect both times. The nurses make sure you are always comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this women’s centre to any women I know as it can be difficult to find a clinic that accommodates your needs and understands what you are going through, but this clinic is amazing.

I do NOT recommend this service whatsoever. There are significantly cheaper and even free services with better standard of care. A nurse lied about doing my observations and wrote them down in my file without even having done any obs on me. After this, the doctor would not acknowledge that I was only 5 weeks pregnant and kept telling me I was 8 weeks despite that being physically impossible. 8 weeks was still eligible for medication termination which is what i was after. The doctor then stated It was medically unsafe to provide me this service since I have POTS. (high heart rate upon standing and low blood pressure) And said my only option was to have a surgical termination. I expressed multiple times I didn’t want surgery due to the risks. The doctor then called in another doctor who told me a medical abortion would’ve had more risk for me and said there wasn’t any risks to a surgical abortion which simply isn’t true. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable with having a surgery in their building as I would trust a public hospital to do this instead knowing they have more recourses incase of risks. The second doctor then became very aggravated and started yelling at me and being extremely rude. She then stated she would give the hospital a referral for the medical termination which could take weeks (making it too late to have the medical abortion) and to never return to their service. After this I had become quite upset and disappointed so me and my partner left and called a different clinic. For a PRIVATE service, a price of over $500 and the treatment i received here i’m absolutely appalled and would recommend not visiting here unless you have no other option.

I called up to book in an appointment and the lady who answered was very passive aggressive. I felt belittled and judged for a simple procedure I was calling up to book in. She acted like I was supposed to know every detail of the preparation and procedure and when I asked a question, she made me feel stupid. I was at the Gp earlier that morning and was told something completely different to what the lady was saying on the phone so all I was doing was trying to understand what was needed of me before I came in. For a company who calls themselves a women's centre, I did not feel welcomed. I hope not all staff are like this.

I've been to this clinic many times with clients of all ages, including teens, and highly recommend it. I cannot imagine where these negative reviews come from - in multiple visits spanning years, I have experienced nothing but quality every single time supporting my clients for a variety of needs. 5 stars for sure.

The most racist treatment I have ever experienced.I walked in and I was to receive my treatment and I was given forms to fill in .I was position 3 on the queue but the last person to be served ,people came in and worked out;I kept asking why and the answer I got is wait until your name is called out.;I felt it discriminated

The reception staff were really lovely and helpful. The nurses and doctors were all so caring and made me feel really comfortable. I was treated well before, during and after my procedure and very well informed about everything that was happening.
