Eastbrooke Medical Centre at Bowral is by far the best medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of attending. We have lived in the Southern Highlands for 8 years now and for all of that time Eastbrooke have supported us through any medical issue we have had. Their support is professional and friendly at all times. The Doctor's are great and the nurses are fabulous - a real asset to the team. But not only are the medical staff fabulous, the administrative staff are so accommodating and approachable at any time. Eastbrooked is a real credit to the Medical industry.

Walked in cold from street, said i needed to see someone about recent wound on my back that had seven stiches in it, i was worried it may have become infected, receptionist asked if i had been before, noticed on walking in through pharmacy, it was busy, people waiting in reception area, said no, young lady alongside her said, i will take him, followed her into consulting room, she said she was practicing nurse and proceeded to attend and clean wound applying a antiseptic cream, said wound was healing well but at top a little inflamed, but nothing to worry over, said waterproof dressing cause thr wound to sweat, she put on a breathable dressin and waterproof one on top, told her of my that and other experiences in other medical establishments around the highlands, ranging from very professional to being givrn the third deegree at local hospital emergency by doctor simon and triage nurse on duty who refused to look and condition of my two or three old day woind, told me to put my shirt bsck on and wait oitside after looking at the blood stained dressing, thats when simon took me to a secluded room and began his insistanat questioning , and at on point asked me to produce a dressing for them to use, but he did have a look and had the decency to replace the heavily blood staind old dressing, he then bundled me out a side door on to the auto door entrance, yes, do consider this fine no questions adkef medicsl practice, oj, and by tje way thr nutse turnef out to be the nee centre manager, and back at reception, askrd how much for this godsend attention, the manager said NO
CHARGE, now thats whatt you call serbice with a smile , may they go on to servve the people of the hihhlands in this exemplary way, good wisjes to all there and burn the rest with your example
