Dr Shazia Bashir is an excellent GP.Her thorough knowledge of all aspects of medicine,her listening skills and her genuine interest in her patients and their heath are second to none.
I am as well as I can possibly be thanks to her wonderful care .
And the reception staff and nurses are competent,professional and courteous.

My experience was good. I had seen Dr Himam Hamza and he was great. He was very patient with me and actually looked at things I was concerned about he was very knowledgeable he had great attention to detail. He is a very kind doctor I left feeling very assured.

Dr. Vivian Pereira is the most professional GP I have ever consulted in my life. Dr. Vivian has a holistic approach to medical care. He listens and provides education with knowledge and delivers this information in a comprehensive and clear manner. He provides the appropriate time for you to explain all your medical needs. I find this very important in my medical care. He has been my GP for nearly five years and at the most difficult time in my life and I would not trust anyone else with my health needs. Genuinely one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have ever met. I would recommend Dr. Vivian to everyone.

I have been seeing Dr Maria Sestan for many years , she has helped me navigate through all my medical issues, And also see’s a few of my family .I have never felt rushed or unheard . Maria is extremely thorough with a lovely bedside manner. Thank you for your continuous support Maria .

I am so disgusted in the treatment I have received through this place. The lack of care and empathy from Dr Katherine Fawkner is enough to shock anyone. She seems to be to concerned ensuring she is more superior than you, to concerned about her pockets and making sure they get lined prior to your health. I found the reception staff slack and rude with a slaphappy attitude towards everyone coming in and out. I will never ever go back here and I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I know steps foot near this place. Horrid!

Dr Shazia Bashir is amazing! Best GP in the Essendon/Niddrie suburbs. The reception team was amazing too, very friendly and efficient. The clinic was exceptionally clean and hygienic. Dr Bashir was very considerate, caring and attentive. The consultation was thorough and didn’t necessarily resulted in medication, instead professional medical advice and guidance. Thank Dr Bashir!

Doctors are fantastic. Reception staff on the other hand are close to worthless. Expect to be on hold for up to 10 minutes, and then have the call hangup before you speak to someone. And they don't seem to communicate with the doctors or each other, so expect completely different instructions from each person you speak to. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or what, but this is an absolutely terrible experience.

My family and I have been so lucky for me to have been a patient at this surgery well into the second decade now. I have seen some amazing doctors early on but I made Doctor Vivian Pereira as my main physician early on. I can truly can say how lucky I was for without all his wisdom and clinical skills I would not alive today – let alone what would be deemed as to having a normal quality of life.
It’s now almost six-years since my health crisis was found by Doctor Pereira. The symptoms I had appeared to indicate a severe respiratory illness but turned out to be more sinister. Whilst waiting for surgery at the hospital the resident doctors were amazed how the tumour was even found in the first place, only for them to tell me “keep that doctor” – and I have. Not only did he find the problem but remained an integral part of my journey before, during my surgery and throughout my recovery period.
I am now fully recovered, and years later my health has never been better. My life has had the best possible outcome all thanks to diligence, skill and wisdom of my wonderful doctor.
