I can’t praise Dr Alex Gill highly enough! He is an amazing, compassionate and Extremely knowledgeable professional doctor! This is an overall lovely Medical Centre very modern and even the receptionist are so lovely (especially Lauren ) 😘. Highly recommended!

Rude desk staff, 0 communication, always an issue, I can't even get a direct 1 minute phone call with my doctor without being abused by the disgusting ladies at the desk. Very dirty inside not to mention sick kids running around and little to no directions as to were anything is.
To add the doctor that had supported me for the past 4 years through my struggle with mental health moved there and since then he has basically hated being a doctor and now will no longer be able to do my medication which will ultimately lead to my death. -6 never go here ever.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Doctor Gill is a wonderful listener and a man of superior intellect. He has always given honest and factual feedback regarding my health issues, leading to me having a healthier and more fulfilling life.
A visit to Doctor Gill always leaves me so happy and looking forward to the next visit with him.
Eastbrooke is a clean modern facility with friendly staff and plenty of parking.

I called and explained that my 14 year old daughter sliced some of her finger off and asked if a nurse can bandage it up - I was told I needed a doctors appointment. Waited 45 minutes from appointment time, saw the doctor who just told us to see the nurse who didint even clean just put a bandage on and was charged $78 .

7 day wait to see my doctor ?
Update time. I rang back in the arvo as my issue was worse & the lovely lady on reception squeezed me in last of the day. Thanks for thinking outside the square & to the doctor for waiting whilst I battled the traffic at 4pm on a Friday.

Can not understand how some people give a negative review for this clinic . From the practice manager Karen, receptionists Jill, Mandy,Rhonda,Molly, nurses Dani Amy, Sian , Dr. Stephen ( Saint ) Barry are the best caring medical staff in Gold Coast. I live in Tweed Heads South 48 km return and I don''t mined at all to travel for such fantastic care and service.

Saw Dr Ken Cameron to receive prp. There was an issue getting my MRI to the clinic however the lovely receptionist sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. Ken actually listened to my concerns when I told him and the nurses who assisted with the procedure were all very nice. Ken has a lot of experience and used an ultrasound for precise injection. You guys are great here's hoping the treatment goes well :).

The reception staff seem overworked and unhappy. I often felt like I was a bother. I chose to change surgery rather than to continue seeing an unwelcoming face when I need a doctor. This is a shame because Doctor Ingrid and the nursing staff are so lovely.
