I was a new patient wanting to get into a doctors quickly. On Hot Doc I was able to see this practice had lots of availability which was fantastic. I was looking at 4am, and was able to book an appointment the same day for 8.15am which was great so I could get in before work. The female doctor I saw was lovely, very efficient and quick service so I was not late for work. 5 stars all round.

Reception team friendly and willing to help with required documents. Dr Jack is great, very thorough and takes the time to understand my concern and explain strategy and treatment. Took my 3 yo to see him and was beyond impressed with how Dr Jack managed the appointment. Never pushy or stern, just let my little one warm up to him and took things at their pace. Best doctor I've encountered since moving to the area, that is why he is our family doctor now.

Absolutely cannot fault Dr Jack he is patient, caring and an amazing Dr.

However $150 for my 16month to see a doctor is an absolute rip off. Even when you book needles you have to pay to see the Dr, these appointments should be free.

Children under 16 should be free.

Also the owner of this practice needs to learn manners.

If you wish to come back to me, look at what you’re writing. I didn’t say anything bad about your Drs, they’re amazing I acknowledge that. I didn’t say anything about being charged for needles I said if you wish to see the Dr you will be charged. I don’t mind paying to see a genuine Dr who listens but your prices have sky rocketed in the last two years and even with a rebate it’s a little expensive for a baby. You unfortunately do need to learn manners. Have a wonderful day

Really stretched out a quick appointment so it became a long appointment. Just went in for a script/referral and the doctor struggled to articulate the process and who she was referring me to after giving different advice 5 mins earlier. No general health questions and only asked after me prompting her to. Will not be back.

I moved to the area a few years ago and have been travelling to the central coast each time I needed to see a doctor. It took me so long to find a female dr taking new patients.
Im so grateful, I called this morning to get an appointment and was given multiple options for today.
So glad to have finally found somewhere.
The staff were great too and very nice.

Unfortunately they don't usually bulk bill. But we have found a Dr there, Dr SHAHERYAR HASSAN who is quite aware of our financial situation and didn't bill us today. I deliberately booked our appointment with him because he has been great so far with keeping time and great with my children. So far I have high regards for this Dr and will definitely be booking with him every time I can in the future.

Wowzas. In actual disbelief how rude the senior receptionist was. Two young girls in training as receptionists and she spoke to them so rudely, like they were a major inconvenience to her life. Really not a good look for customers who are your patients who are most likely stressed enough as it is if they are visiting the doctors for a health issue. Definitely need some more polite and compassionate receptionists I think. This was my second time here and same thing both times.
