Great experience. Despite not being an existing patient, I was able to get in at short notice. Staff and doctor were very helpful and compassionate. Definitely would highly recommend them.

The staff are all lovely here. I was able to get an appointment same day, i did not have to wait past my appointment time. The centre is clean. Dr Saddiqi was very thorough and kind, great with my child! Would absolutely go back.

Everyone at East Hills Medical Centre is professional, dedicated, and genuinely cares for their patients. From the staff to the doctors, each person greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to assist.

I recently visited due to a sports-related injury that needed urgent attention. Despite not having an appointment, the receptionist, visibly concerned about my condition, asked me to wait while she tried to fit me in. Even though the clinic was fully booked, Dr. Siddiqi made time to thoroughly assess my injury and provide clear advice on the next steps for treatment.

Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the care I received and would recommend East Hills Medical Centre to anyone without hesitation.

I have been a patient here since they opened. Had my covid shots here. All my yearly flu shots as well. I can't recommend them enough from Dr Siddiqi who greets you with a smile to all the reception staff. Dr Zhea is very caring and helpful. All the Drs are knowledgeable and helpful. My appt is always on time as well. Unlike the other centre I used to go to...longer waiting time, reception staff are very rude and Drs don't pay attention to your problem except for a lady Dr who was good.

Props to Lauren for moving mountains and finding an availability for me last minute AND on a Sunday. Dr Siddiqi was thorough during the consultation and was able to suggest treatment for me.

My family and I have been going here for about two years now. It became difficult to find availabilities with our previous clinic and the wait times were terrible. Dr Siddiqi is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable, and the time of your appointment is the time your seen.
One of my bug bears with other medical clinics is rude and unbothered reception staff, however the staff at East Hills meet you with a smile everytime and are very helpful...I have called numerous times forgetting to mention something during my appt and they are happy to help.
They also have a podiatrist, physio and nurse in house which I have used and is super convenient.
