I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage yesterday with Sandra. I had some tight muscles and spasms in my back. Sandra skilfully massaged out my issues with a variety of techniques. The whole experience was very professional, respectful and of a high standard. I have no residual pain this morning. I highly recommend East Coast Massage. Thanks Sandra. I had a massage and then a facial to follow, a blissful two hours! Sandra really knows what she is doing with both the massage and facial. She applied just the right pressure and really got into the sore spots, obviously experienced at massage. The facial was amazing too! Very gentle on my tired old skin , the results were noticeable immediately.
I came out feeling invigorated and light. Will definitely be back for more.
