Excellent effort by Susan. Caring, careful and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. My situation was not good, compacted wax and plenty of it. Susan dealt with it magnificently. Big thanks. Susan also had a trainee with her for my second visit and showed that she had excellent teaching skills as she guided him in some of the aspects of my treatment. Thank you Susan, you're great!

Great service......., had a lot of wax buildup, syringing. at the doctor caused huge discomfort and made things worse. With Earworx it was a breeze and nurse Kathie was lovely. Totally recommend.

Much more pleasant than flushing with water. Quick successful result for both ears. Lots of wax, skin and hair combined to form the plug. Wonderful to have my hearing back.
