I’ve been with Eagle Vale Medical Centre for the past 14 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of their exceptional service. Dr. Robert Ng, Dr. Benson, Dr. Nguyen, and Dr. Anes Karahasan are incredibly knowledgeable, solution-focused, and skilled at identifying health issues, even when others have misdiagnosed. Their thorough care has been a game-changer for my family, especially after I transferred my mother’s care from Our Medical due to their complacency. Eagle Vale is the best bulk-billing practice I’ve come across, with a great balance of professionalism and genuine concern for patients. While the centre can get busy due to its popularity, and appointments may require a day’s notice, the service is well worth the wait. With ample parking available, it’s a convenient choice, though the small space can make it feel a bit crowded at times. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the level of care and dedication they provide.

Dr Bingjun Amy Li was absolutely amazing seeing my 3yo daughter. She took her time, I didn’t feel rushed, she explained things well and she even endeavoured to fit me in as I was very sick as well. It is rare these days to find a doctor that actually takes the time to listen and thoroughly investigate what is going on. Highly recommend. Thank you Doctor Li.

I visited this centre today to take my son for a blood test, yet an unprofessional person couldn’t take a blood test properly, and we had to get back home. We do not expect someone unprofessional to be working here, especially for taking blood tests.

Cant remember the old indian drs name. His name was quite long i dont think he works there anymore which is good. He gave me permanent side effects with joint management and mental health management.
Joint is knee which became slightly deformed due to treatment of gout using the progout tablet. He said it will give you gout for a while but to persevere. It swelled up so big for so long i developed a click in my left knee and still get gout. It wakes me up at night if i stay in same position for too long.
He also fast tapered me off cymbalta antidepressant way too quick which gas left me with side affects like dizziness and brain zaps including others. These are getting better but had to be put on fluoxetine which i may be on for good.
