I was very impressed with the service and attention given by Mikayla during my pathology test. Usually the process is an arduous task however she completed the task in a professional and friendly manner despite being under pressure due to the number of patients waiting. Recommended

Had a very positive experience at this surgery and the GP, Charlotte. Reception staff were efficient and friendly as was Charlotte. She also proved to be a great listener, professional, easy going and helpful. If I lived in the area, I would be pleased for her to be my GP.
The surgery also has the bonus of having a phlebotomist right next door which makes getting tests done unbelievably quick and easy for us city-dwellers.

I have been with Dunn Bay surgery ever since it opened . It was a sad day when Dr Nick moved away after being my doctor for over 25years but the new Owners and Doctors have been amazing . I have seen both Archie and Mel and have been well looked after . Very understanding and caring and helpful . We still have our favourite receptionist .Jonnine🤗

We were on holiday fora long weekend and my daughter got a eye infection. The doctor was kind enough to fit us in. He was so lovely and had a great bedside manner with my daughter. The following day he saw us at 7:30am to clean out and was lovely.

Would not recommend this clinic, my experience with Dr Archana was very poor, opening up about my mental health issues and having very bad breathing issues for months now I was simply wanting to know more about what was going on; requesting scans and wanting to be tested for asthma, she replied with maybe you should stick to your own doctor in a very rude manner, I told her that my doctor was booked out for a month, she then said there are 9 other doctors there I’m not the doctor for you mate’ I wasn’t rude at all but was very upset because these issues have been affecting my way of life. Such a horrible way to treat your patients, I will never go back to this clinic and I hope I can prevent others from experiencing this
