I have done several self funded courses with DTE to improve my options and the training i received was very good and knowledgeable. DTE i would recommend this place to any business …they have a great outlook & positive vibe… There facilities, atmosphere, surroundings out going personalities & passion shines through there knowledge & training they deliver but most of all I would love to send great thanks to the most important person in the team Angie the beautiful big hearty cook not chef as she would call herself for looking after not just me but everyone that has passed through thank u for your yummy food …

I completed 2 courses on the same day, and not only did they go above and beyond with organising for me to get in the class at such short notice, but the trainer/assessor stayed back very late so it was completed.
Top owners and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely go again for other training courses.

AVOID THIS RTO AT ALL COSTS

I called within 24hours to cancel a booking for a course and they kept 100% of the course fee as per their ridiculous policy (a policy that is, 1 hard to locate, 2, contradicts another policy on the website and is NOT as they state 'fair and adequate')

ACCC has been notified of this company, not worth your money or time.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Edit.. nice reply from the owner however if you look at the reviews a person has had a similar experience as me.

This Organisation KNOWS it's Stuff.
One of the best and most competent organisations I've had the pleasure been trained by in the last 40 or so years. Friendly and interactive classroom setting. If you actually want to learn something or be genuinely skilled up... then consider engaging the services of this training organisation.
