Visited the newly opened The Recovery Hub at Mawson Lakes. Amazing place, and of course very cool.
My friend treated herself to a cryotherapy session as part of a membership deal. I took a couple of photos as she exited the session.

The two young female staff members were really friendly and knowledgeable. There is always someone in attendance during the session so you know you are being looked after.

Prices are reasonable given the latest technology and cost of of the liquid nitrogen.
Parking is easy in the Woollies Mawson Central car park

Did you know you can get an IRON INFUSION at the Drip Club? They are my go-to now for my regular infusions after some poor administrations by GP clinics. The Drip Club are professional and friendly, and the environment is calming—an overall caring and easy experience.

Great service and product knowledge at DC Mawson Lakes. I’m always happy to try new products that assist with gym results, anti aging and energy so it’s nice to be able to get an understanding of what’s on offer and what results are expected. Liana is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was pretty good. Never had cryotherapy before. The poor lass was on her own though and very busy. Sauna was lovely. A little expensive though. Paid $80 for 10 mins of cryo and a sauna.
I'd go back for the sauna. Not a fan of the cryo, didn't feel at all different and just too expensive for 10 mins. I'd like to try the recovery boots.
Otherwise really good.

I love this place. I have been going between here and the Drip Club Unley for fortnightly vitamin infusions for well over a year now. My initial consult was with nurse Erin and what an absolute gem this woman is. So kind, sweet and non judgmental. I love this girl. Erin works between the two, hence visiting both clinics. The infusions themself always put a spring in my step. Great if you are feeling a little under the weather and it can be administered privately so you don’t breath your germs on everyone. Great service, fantastic staff in a very clean, comfortable and peaceful environment.
