Dr Goyal is currently our treating trusted family GP for many, many years and I find him to be very dedicated, competent, caring and concerning towards any health conditions that clients or myself may have produced and provides us with all the convenient information for our upmost understanding which I found profoundly comparison to other GP’s I’ve experienced with patients who’ve I had to attend on behalf to advocate and support on their behalf. I would absolutely recommend Dr Goyal to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy DR. Surgery has adequate parking situated directly behind the building and also you may park on the road. They are situated directly across multiple of various shops such as a Post Office, Mixed business store and more for you convenience.
This surgery is also wheel chair accessible and the staff- Fiona and Allison are absolutely wonderful and friendly. I definitely recommend Dr Goyal and the wonderful staff~

Terrible doctor. I went to him about mental health concerns and he said that it was all in my head, I even requested to a referral to speak to a professional and he said I didn't need it. I went to him for assistance with weight loss and he said it's all in mindset and change of routine even though I told him that I'm struggling. I went to him regarding needing a referral to a gyno because I had irregularities with my menstrual cycle and need to discuss my concerns with a specialist and he said I need to lose weight and not to look into things - I ended up being diagnosed with complex atypical endometrial hyperplasia. The only reason I finally received some sort of real assistance is because I caught him on a good day and I would take my boyfriend with me as support because I was worried that dr would decline my requests
I again went to him about a medical exemption (due to my worries about my health and previous diagnosis) for the vaccine and he said to me that there is no reason for anyone to not receive the vaccination, and that this is the way it is - he then proceeded to end the conversation and walked me out of the room... He didn't care to look into my medical history at all or discuss my concerns and didn't even know that there are medical exemption criteria. He said he only ever exempts if you contracted COVID. The only highlight in the surgery is his receptionists they are super nice and welcoming. Either he's just doing the bare minimum to get his pay, he picks and chooses who and when to really do his job or he's only chasing money.

Can perform toe nail surgery removal straight away without sending you to see a specialist. He do the surgery in his clinic.

This doctor is the best in the world and I swear the way he looks and treats my kids is like a father his so caring and actually takes the time to talk to you about Ur feelings and ur life even though his got a line out the door. MINUS 100!!!

My poor mum went to this Dr after experiencing a heart attack. She needed a GP follow up several days later and went to see Dr Upkar Sheel Goyal. She asked for a referral to see a counsellor and he responded with "I don't have time to do that". The heart attack was brought on from stress and trauma. It was essential my poor mum got some help. He did not even acknowledge what had happened and was incredibly rude, did not care about his patients and she left with no referral for help.

Absolutely disgusting. She waited over 1 hour to see him for a few minutes and for what? To leave with no script for the medication required and no referral all because he was 'too busy'.

Disgusting. I am FURIOUS.
