The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The doctor was also incompetent, could not communicate well in English, and seemed to have overworked and no longer has the passion to treat patients.

Nice and smooth experience.

The doctor he has you out very patiently and then provide solutions. I am happy with the . treatment so far doctors speak very good English as well which is hard to find in Frankfurt. The support staff reception speaker is also very cooperative and helps you move on appointments very conveniently overall a good experience and work worth recommending.

This is the most unprofessional and rude praxis I have ever experienced. The staff at reception is not helpful and very narrow minded specially the old lady, and they will start giving you attitude with rolling eyes and dirty looks if you ask any questions or concerns. The doctor by himself is very unprofessional too and if you try to make a complaint, they will just hand you over your insurance card and ask you to leave clinic even if you required very important prescription. Big No Go Prexis.
