I recently visited Dr. Trung to address two health concerns, and the experience was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. Upon beginning to explain the first of my two concerns, I was abruptly cut off by Dr. Trung, who rudely informed me that they bulk bill and allow only five minutes per consultation. He said this in a condescending manner and made it clear that if I had more than one issue to discuss, he wasn’t the doctor for me.

As I attempted to continue, Dr. Trung bluntly told me that I had already taken ten minutes of his time and suggested I go find another doctor who could cater to my needs. This left me stunned, as I came in with legitimate concerns that required attention and booked an appointment well in advance.

While my appointment was for 4:45 PM, I arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting over 30 minutes—something I didn’t mind, as delays are common in medical settings. However, what I did mind was the dismissive, rude, and abrupt treatment I received once I was finally seen.

I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and uncaring attitude from a healthcare provider. Dr. Trung made it clear that he prioritizes speed over patient care, and his behavior was far from what I would expect from a doctor. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere if you expect even the most basic level of courtesy and professionalism in addressing your health concerns.
