Dr Sue Raju has changed my life, 4 years ago I was prescribed by another dr something for my thyroid which made it worse and without me knowing this made me suffer for the past 4 years I was on it. Dr Sue helped me find the right medication for me and also treated other underlying causes and today I say thank you to Dr Sue, you have given me life again. Also if you are over 40 please see dr Sue, she is fantastic with women’s health and specialised in women hormones.

I’m here trying to help you that you don’t have the same bad experience than myself and many others. Please read Med centre pacific pines reviews. ..

My doctor originally was Dr Chin, and I called to the Medcentre to get an appointment with **Dr Sue Raju** for a skin problem.
For the first consultation appointment you need to pay $30aud deposit over the phone + $100aud for the consultation. $130aud for 10mins. In my first consultation 12/12/2022,(I was waiting +30 minutes for Dr Sue Raju to see her and I didn't get ANY treatment in the consultation. I was told I had to get a blood test plus other generic tests. THAT’s IT. No treatment or medication for $130aud

After I did the test, I went AGAIN to book an appointment, of course it required to pay the Doctor to check the results. Cost? $117aud. What did I receive from that appointment?..NOTHING!! **Dr Sue Raju** checked my results by simply reading the obvious range of the blood test and marking what was under or over the recommended ranges listed beside the test results and the appointment finished. I ASKED HER, which vitamins do I need to take, how many per day, for how long, to amend these results. She just said she had marked what was high or low in the blood test result document...WHAT A DOCTOR, +5 years of University for nothing. AFTER I INSISTED HER to give me details about what medication to take, per day, dosages, she said were out of time and I will send me the information via email. The unique thing that I got that day was the referral to visit a dermatologist. Thankfully to myself, I asked Dr Sue Raju to call for me to hopefully priorities my condition. I still had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Without any treatment or medication advised to accommodate for this 3 week wait. On top of the already 1 month I've waited since my first consultation.

My face is getting worse, it's becoming more and more irritated, red, itchy and sometimes swelling and for this reason last night 19/01/23 I sent an email to the receptionist explaining my health situation that I'm still waiting for a treatment plan to be emailed to be as promised by **Dr Sue Raju**. She denied to send me any prescription without ANOTHER APPOINTMENT $$$$ of course, which provides more evidence that she cares more about the money and not about the patient. End of the story, I have paid more than $400aud for nothing more than a GP letter to go to the Dermatologist.

Fun Fact:
After seeing the manager in person on the 20/01/23, a few hours I later I received an email with a link to Metagenics which provides no information of logging in or what to do with? The email states ā€œa new prescription is ready to viewā€ yet I have no access to it, nor does it provide enough information for me to trust.

Fan Fact2:
The manager comment to me saying ā€œI don't know what they do in your country where you're from, but in Australia it's differentā€ (in reference to: it's the doctors decision to request another paid appointment before providing a prescription).

I recently had the misfortune of being a patient of Dr. Sue and it was by far the worst medical experience of my life. Not only was she incredibly careless and dismissive towards my concerns and symptoms, but her lack of attention and negligence caused me significant pain and suffering.

I booked nearly a week out to see Dr Raju and was booked in at 3.50pm and was called at 10.30am the same day of my appointment to say that Dr Raju couldn't see me and that she frequently cancels her appointment. This is so disheartening as I was looking for a good female doctor and this has put me off going to see her at all. I work 5 days a week and asked to take time off work to go see her and to have this cancelled on me on the day was extremely unprofessional and I wont be going to see Dr Raju now as I don't need the uncertainty in that she could and probably will cancel at any time, I wouldnt put any stars but it wont let me submit this bad reviews! Not happy at all! Im so upset about this as it seems like Dr Raju would be a great help for me! šŸ™

No care for her patients no empathy in her communication. She forgot what it's like to be a foreigner in another country. She takes checks, card and cash but you can keep your suffering and pain, she has no use for it.
Don't ever expect to have a chat with her without paying for a consultation, unless you have a famous name on the GC or enough shiny things around your neck to make her see dollar signs.
The whole department is the embodiment of modern medicine, cold-hearted and a stickler for lucrative procedures.

So disappointed, turned up for my appointment & Dr Sue had left, they said they called me in the morning but no missed calls & wouldn’t you leave a message, email or text, or better yet try again...they didn’t really care & said they could rebook me for Saturday & when I asked will she definitely be there as I drove a long way to see her they just said they won’t know til the day. Very unreliable & rude.
