I found Michelle to be very caring and compassionate. We enjoyed an nice chat prior to my appointment and she is very organised, scanning in all my info while we spoke. She even phoned me afterwards to make sure I got home safely, as I had left in a hurry. Thank you Michelle ☺️

My father had a fantastic experience with Dr Ho. I felt he took the time to explain the surgery in terms we could understand. The Surgery went really well and he recovered quickly. I found Dr Ho and his team to be highly professional and personable. It really shows that they are experienced and know what they are doing, which I appreciated and found reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Completely happy and satisfied with the removal of two worrisome moles, by Doctor Ho.
One was on the far side of my face and after surgery it was completely removed with no evidence of it ever being there. I was so surprised of the outcome.

I have been seeing Dr Ho for a number of years and would not go to anyone else for colonoscopies or any other gastrointestinal issues. He is honest, and a terrific surgeon.

I was referred to Dr Ho from my GP to have a lump removed, as soon as I walked into his room I found him very rude almost felt as if I shouldn’t be there. His so called professional manner was disgusting he couldn’t of cared about why I was there almost made me feel like I was wasting his time.
He was abrupt and rushed my consult that mind you cost $200 for him to pretty much not want to help me and throw me another surgeons name what a waste of my time and money I would of been in the consult for no more then 5 minutes !!! Dr ho in my opinion is a cold and rude man who needs to reassess his manner and how he approaches new patients ! I would never recommend this doctor stay away from this rude and abrupt man who makes you feel like your wasting his time I’ve never been so disappointed in a doctor before.... absolutely disgusting behaviour shame on you dr ho you are not a Professional in my opinion.

I am unable to go into to much detail as i have a complaint that will be investigated regarding this practice. the investigation is more so regarding the disgusting excuse for a human at his reception Michelle and her behavior. Not only her behavior towards me but the disgusting comments she was making about a previous client after they had left the practice. As she is apparently the boss of the practice i was unable to report the issue with Dr Shirhan HO. Terrible person to have at your front desk Dr HO, I'm sure there are many people who could replace her.

Some of the bad reviews above now ring true. My experience relates to Michelle in reception who I found to be very rude, abrupt & condescending. Accused that we refused to pay an invoice apparently 3 weeks ago. I receive it 5 weeks later post dated 7/2/23.
