Its been 2 years and 4 months since my injury and until I saw Dr Dalton I now realize the difference in quality care which I believe I absolutely received 06/2025. The office space is superb and very prestige with a VIP gym set up. The staff at the desk are super friendly and positive. Its really nice to finally have a well educated and spoken doctor who is able to communicate to establish a strong connection between patient and medical professionals. After 4 various Physio's, 4 different GP's, 3 Specialists I truly believe word of mouth referrals from Work Rehab consultants are essential for a progressive recovery.

Seamus is extraordinary. I have seen him a few times (lumber), and I don't think anyone can surmount his body of knowledge. His sagacity with advice and treatment I feel set him apart. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I came here in 2024 and saw Dr Seamus Dalton for on going hip pain that had lasted 6 months and failed to be treated with regular physiotherapy. He took a quick look at me and told me to go to a specific physio who he also uses and that doing working with this specific physio was the only thing that would help me.

I asked him multiple times if it was possible to do scans on the hip or other options for pain management and he refused to do so. He told me to try the physio for a year and come back if it didnt work.

I booked this physio immediately and started following there instructions and exercise routines daily. After 6 months of this I am in more pain, I am unable to work and suffering depression as a result. The physio after 6 months of watching my condition get worse suggested I get a second opinion and further scans done. I went to a second doctor who immediately booked an MRI and found a large amount of inflammation in my hip joint and began treatment.

I would avoid this doctor especially if you are a young person who looks relative healthy because they will not take you seriously. I spent months suffering in pain because this doctor refused to take my condition seriously.

I saw Dr Dalton for a second opinion and I found him incredibly personable and professional. He took the time to assess my condition, performed physical tests, reviewed my MRI scans and delivered valuable treatment/rehabilitation options to assist me moving forward. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Dalton treated me a few years back for severe facet joint problems. I was booked in for surgery and went to see him as a last resort. He diagnosed the problem correctly, gave me some exercises, which I followed religiously. Three weeks later, no more pain and no more need for surgery. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

My husband was fortunate enough to be referred to see Dr Dalton after many months of severe and incapacitating pain. After many tests and doctors giving us no answers or help to find a solution it was such a relief to have found Dr Dalton who knew from our first visit what the problem was. After initially trying cortisone injections with no success Dr Dalton referred us to a wonderful neurosurgeon name Yanni Sergides and now my husband is pain free and life is back to normal.

Im so glad my GP made the referral! Dr Dalton was meticulous during inital consult, asking many, many questions about my training in conjuction eith physical examination, while reffering also to my xrays and sending me off to get an MRI. He was able to diagnosecthe problem ( pinched nerve due to my riding position) telling me my posture needed correction. Within 48 hours if following his advice the crippling pain had eased significantly. Having lost 20kg im keen to get back into the saddle before the weight had a chance to rebound. Between him and now the pysio at north shore hospital, and a correct bike fit, im well on the riad to recovery at a time i thought it was the end of cycling!
