The service I received was not only substandard but also deeply concerning. The staff, including receptionists, spoke to me in a condescending and inappropriate manner, as though I owed them something. It appears they have little understanding that they are delivering a service within the Australian healthcare system, where duty of care is a fundamental obligation.

Furthermore, I was recently contacted by someone from the clinic and was essentially threatened in relation to a previous negative review I had left—apparently, Dr. Mendis was made aware of it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I left a review because I received poor service, and no patient should be intimidated or discouraged from sharing honest feedback.

No clinic has the right to tell patients not to return purely because they expressed dissatisfaction with the service. This is not only unethical but could potentially breach patient rights.

I urge you to look into this matter seriously. I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure that such behaviour is not repeated, and that staff are trained to handle patients with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

I have been seeing Dr. Mendis as my regular GP for the past three years, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is one of the most patient and responsible doctors I have ever encountered. While there can sometimes be a bit of a wait to see him, it's absolutely worth it for the level of care and attention he provides. Dr. Mendis consistently takes the time to listen and ensure that all my concerns are addressed. I'm grateful to have such a dedicated and caring GP.

One and only doctor for the last 12 years for my family. Yes, waiting time is ridiculous because he is doing a great job. However, I wouldn't worry about the time of the waiting. The doctor is accommodating and very kind. The staff is outstanding.

My family doctor for many years. Yes waiting time longer as any other Melbourne GP. Dr Roshan very humble, kind and caring doctor. He always refers for specialist or other pathology services if needed for further treatment. Also free kind counselling and mediation advice about mindfulness for anxiety or stress related sickness. He worked so hard long hours on Covid period. His commitment highly appreciated. He must have vaccined whole Sri Lankan community. My fear of Covid vaccine vanised after talking to Dr Roshan. Thankyou for your great service for the community. Also big thankyou to the front desk staff some days his lovely wife who works at the front desk.
