I couldn't be happier with the management of my property at DR Property Management. I know i can safely leave everything in the capable hands of Aayusha. I REALLY CAN actually set and forget. Ayusha is fantastic in all aspects of Property Management. She really knows the market well and has secured great tenants for my property. Ayusha is also very lovely to talk to. As a landlord, my experience with this company has been highly disappointing. I have found their property management services to be lacking in professionalism and efficiency. The team has demonstrated a consistent inability to deliver reliable service, and communication has been minimal at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Where do i start....................................

We paid $14,000 to purchase a property that once completed was not what was on the photo's. The house was cock roach infested, window's smashed, door's hanging off, mould problems, holes in the wall, leaky pipe's....... the list goes on!

To make things worse we had a tenant already in situ that had wrecked the house and were paying under the rental amount that we were told when buying the property........ but during the sale's tactic's from Eddie these tenant's were brilliant, looked after the property and were a dream. Go figure!

After complaining to Eddie he brushed the situation off and proceeded to offer free property management for a year. Sounds great, however the DR property management team are about as much use as Eddie is. We had 4 different property manager's over the space of a year all of which were useless and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on.

They are very good drawing you in to sell you an 'under market' house and then as soon as money has swapped hand's begin quoting legislation and excuses as to why they cant sort thing's out and full fill promises or statements that they made.

We are taking every email and piece of correspondence to the ombudsman and will be targeting Eddie as the licensee due to the fact he knows there is miss practice going on and is actively allowing it happen.

My advice to anybody that is considering either using Eddie's buying service or his property management services is DONT! you will seriously regret it.

Not even worth 1 star of rating. Absolute carelessness to the cleanliness of the home presented to us and when communicated to them, was ignored, the property manager said it was approved as is…and was therefore willing to provide a home that was covered in dog hairs, smelt like urine in the bathrooms and the yard was covered in dried dog poo. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed

These guys Deserve an 0 star or negative rating. Absolute worst experience. Gave them several chances but this agency is most unprofessional. Tenants vacated and two weeks later I was informed. Property agents keep leaving the organisation with no handover and no communication with owners. I have lost a lot of money due to these guys.

Kim Keleher has been a fantastic leasing agent. She took on my property when it was being significantly damaged by the tenants and managed the whole process to move them on, sort out the repairs and insurance claim, and find and place quality tenants. She went above and beyond and treated my property like her own. I cannot recommend her enough.

Sadly just spoke to this agency and delt with a very rude and condescending property manager who was clearly having a bad day. I don't care that you company has over 1000 properties on your rental real if you can't find a property you manage what hope do you have of actually managing properties. As you were not helpful I've had to email your landlord direct to answer the complaint of the complex. If the director of the Queensland firm Dr properties would like to make contact with me, I'd love someone who can talk professionally and not use a consending tone while addressing my issue.
