I have been in the care of Dr Malouf since mid 2019 - having presented at emergency at The Sutherland Hospital with what I initially believed to be an ongoing issue which required treatment with IV antibiotics. I came under the care of Dr Malouf after diagnosis of a series of complications and developments requiring surgery and I could not be more impressed with the surgery, progress and treatment I have continued to receive. Dr Malouf took the time to answer all of my questions, to thoroughly explain what the complications were and the risks they presented, and to get me through the surgery with the best possible outcomes. He came to see me personally after every surgical procedure and operation both while I was in recovery and again when I was back on the ward, as well as routinely while I was in the hospital. Since my discharge from the hospital (on two separate occasions post operatively) I have found his office staff to be friendly and thorough and effective at managing my office visits. The post operative care and followup by Dr Malouf has been wonderful. I would be seeking out Dr Malouf if any of my children needed a surgeon - I cannot recommend him highly enough, and to be honest, I can be very demanding as a patient, so that endorsement is something I feel Dr Malouf very strongly deserves.

Given the wrong appointment address, made to wait over two hours for my scheduled appointment, told to come back again in a month. All issues that I had with this doctor and his practice could've been avoided but were instead justified (by the doctor) by the service being free. Dr Malouf, decency towards public patients is free as well.

The receptionists are all very helpful and make you feel relaxed whilst waiting for your appointment.

Have enjoyed very thorough and perfectly explained conversations. Very generous with their time and extremely accommodating.
I felt a little difficult with my incessant need for validation on things and yet the lovely lady behind the desk and the doctor were above my expectations with every thing.
