Dr Peter Quang Pham had been our family doctor 2 decades now. We do not mind waiting on delays, because we understand that Doctor need time to care for his patients. My elderly parents is very frail with poor mobility at their 80s and required flu vaccine. Dr Peter Quang was patient and went out to my car parked close to his clinic and gave the flu vaccine to my parent. I am very grateful on his health services. I wish Doctor and his family with great health and much appreciated for your health care.

Dr. Pham has been our family GP for many years and holds all of our medical records. He is an exceptionally gentle and caring practitioner who takes the time to listen attentively and thoroughly address all aspects of his patients' medical concerns.

However, the manner in which this clinic is operated is deeply concerning. The scheduling practices are unrealistic and inefficient. The clinic books six patient appointments along with two vaccinations per hour, amounting to eight bookings, when a more realistic capacity should be three to four patients per hour.

At my most recent appointment, I arrived on time but found myself behind 11 other patients. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, there were still six patients ahead of me, meaning I was looking at a total waiting time of nearly three hours. When I informed the receptionist, who I understand to be Dr. Pham’s wife, that I needed to cancel, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She suggested that I should not book an appointment if I am unwilling to wait, with no acknowledgment of the excessive delay or any form of apology.

This experience is not reflective of Dr. Pham’s care but appears to stem from systemic issues in the clinic’s operations. Overbooking patients in this manner demonstrates a lack of empathy and consideration for those seeking medical care—many of whom are unwell and require timely attention.

I urge the clinic to reassess its scheduling policies to prioritse patient care and respect for their time. Without such changes, I fear that the overall quality of service will continue to suffer.

I have known Dr. Peter Quang Pham for more than 1 year, through the recommendation of a friend. To be honest, at first when you are a new person you may feel frustrated and tired of waiting time, but after many visits you will understand how Dr works. Everyone waits equally,Dr is a doctor who must be said to be the best and most caring of all the doctors I have known in the past 10 years in Australia.
I am very grateful to Dr. Peter and his wife, (the pretty lady at the reception) she is very kind and friendly. I really recommend everyone who really wants to need a dedicated and talented doctor. Come to dr Peter's clinic. For me, time is precious, but health and finding a good doctor is more precious than anything else.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a receptionist named Mai at this medical practice. Her behaviour was rude and unhelpful, which left me frustrated and disappointed.

When I called to inquire about obtaining necessary medical paperwork for my mother's travel insurance claim, Mai informed me that I needed to visit the practice in person and speak directly to the doctor. It was surprising to hear that it wasn't her responsibility to assist with such matters. Despite my reservations, I decided to go to the practice and follow her advice.

Upon arriving, I had to wait for about an hour before finally seeing the doctor. However, the doctor then informed me that she couldn't assist me at that moment and requested that I return with the proper insurance claim form. I couldn't help but feel frustrated and upset, as I should have been informed about their procedure beforehand. It was a waste of my time and effort, not to mention the added frustration of dealing with both the receptionist and the doctor's unhelpful attitudes.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical practice, and I strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services unless you want to endure wasted time and poor customer service.

Dr Pham is an amazing doctor and I've been seeing him for over a decade. He will take the time and effort to listen to your problems and work through the issue with you to get to the root cause.

Yes he runs quite late, but it's because he takes the care and due diligence required for each of his patients and never rushes you out. I'd rather a doctor that ensures my needs are cared for and I don't feel rushed, than one that treats me as another number on a sheet and does the bare minimum for my needs. All the locals know this and that's why he's either booked out or extremely busy. Doctor Pham works extremely hard and you can see that in the hours of work he operates at to ensure everyone's needs are met.

I had previously gotten infections due to a recurring problem. All the other doctors I had seen just gave me antibiotics but never got to the root cause and so it kept coming back. Once I saw Dr Pham, he gave me treatment but also explained the causes and how to prevent it from occurring. I've never gotten it since. He not only addresses your problem but educates his patients on it to prevent future occurrences.

If you do go to see him, expect to wait around an hour over your alloted time. Hence 1 star reduction, but in my opinion worth it for a good doctor.

This doctor spoke well in theory, he was ensure that he could treat our loved one's conditions quick and easily at next visiting. We thought that he has a great knowledge and good experience. But indeed NOT!. First was coughing during last year. Second was hives this year. After many times of visiting, he asked for the blood test, etc... , but at the end of both different issues in different times. He had the same suggestion is worm treatment! and everyone in our family should have worm treatment in 2 weeks that could stop spreading out this issue to each other in our family !!!? Excuse me, no one in our family has worm at all. They're all well!. Hives spread out or worms spread out? Hopeless and very disappointed! We ended up because wasting too much time but treatment for nothing!

Each patient comes in with different reasons/ sickness. Dr Quang takes time to see each patients, therefore it is understandable that even though we have appointments, things running late sometimes.

Very good doctor. Has been my GP for 10years +. Easily get appointment but its not normal that you will be seen on time - Normally wait time is 20-30 minutes past your appointment time. Happy with the service. Highly recommended.
