The nurse and the doctors are lovely; however, one of the receptionists, Joanne, is not very friendly and never smiles.
We used to see Dr. Eric but didn’t know he had left until we tried to make another booking with him. He’s a caring doctor. He was usually late because he was patient and tried to listen to his patients. There was no information from the clinic when he left.
The fee is very high, and they just increase it. I can't cope with it now.

My 95 year old father had been going to this practise to see another doctor (Komomen) who was always late (up to 2 hours) even when my father was second in line. It was only that he bulk billed. Otherwise, we would not have stayed. Now we find out that he left. We weren't even told and this other doctor wants to charge. I understand that things are tight, but my father can't afford extra. Not happy with the situation especially when he was originally bulk billed. Is it all a grab for money? I don't think that we will ever know. Maybe Medicare should be fixed up too.

Been a long time patient of Dr Penelope so it pains me to give this rating. There is a new policy that if existing patients have not visited in a year, they will no longer be bulked billed and have to pay. What a way to treat loyal customers.

Definitely not a practice you can walk in from the Street. Dr Penelope Aligiannis is the old style GP that actively chooses to have a relationship with her patients and worth the wait to get first appointment.
After my GP retired, I've seen a couple of others in the search for a new GP and she's the first that looked at long term health rather than just treat symptoms.

I have a bit to travel to see Dr Aligiannis but it is worth it. Amazing doctors don’t grow on trees and she is definitely one of them. I always feel very well taken care of by her. Highly recommended!

Walked in at 8.45 with my son and asked if the Dr can see him. I was told since he is not a patient and they are very busy the Dr. can’t see him. Mind you the reception area was empty of patients. How can one become a patient, if every time they come they are told you can’t see them because they are not your patients.
