Terrible experience. I had kidney stone surgery and needed a referral for a CT scan as I was unwell. She simply refused regardless if she is my “family doctor” or not. She was also frustrated that she had to call to see if my urine culture report was complete. No empathy or feelings towards her clients. Lack of knowledge, professionalism and people skills. As a doctors u need to show some compassion and assist as much as you can when your patient is suffering. Not ignore them.

Very unprofessional, At first point she was telling me that "I will not see you as you have your GP already". She doesn't have a care for people. It is very disappointing, she stopped me at door second time when I had a Covid and I was recovered already just went there to get clear certification for work and she asked her receptionist to close the door. I told her that is ok I won't come in but would you please provide me certificate that I am clear. I was showing her my negative results still she refused. very disappointing. don't go there and don't waste your time.

Worst experience total time waste.
I have never seen GP who doesn't want to listen the patient only bcz patient has consult other GP in past.. Being Health worker I feel very disappointed.
