Smartest doctor I’ve ever met, I have now been seeing Dr Ng consistently after doctor shopping for years. She is not here for social reasons she is highly responsible and has expert duty of care, continuing research and cares about social justice. She is unusual but she has diagnosed and corrected things that have been missed by others. A very sharp mind.

Have been seeing Dr Suzanne for years. Yes you have to wear a mask, but I’m quite happy to given that many people go to the Dr for colds/flu etc. Dr Suzanne will even do a consult from your car if needed. She is very caring.

I've known Dr. Suzanne for over 24 years. She has diagnosed two conditions which were overlooked by other Doctors. She is incredibly kind and genuine. Masks are mandatory I don't see why that is such a problem considering she is dealing with sick people. Drop your judgements and give her a go

Disgusting doctor who does not care for her patients at all. Left a close family member of mine to literally crawl out of the practise after calling the cops and accusing him of faking his condition. I have never heard of a person who calls themselves a doctor to be so cruel. Save yourself and book a doctor with some actual empathy and care. We will be following up this incident further.

After being a medical receptionist for over 4 years. This dr. has to be the rudest, least caring and just a laughable doctor to date. She accused her patient of faking a seizure, that she caused them to have by saying that their medical condition is fake. They then crawled and tried to drag themselves out of the practice as this doctor obviously wasn’t going to help. However what she did do (illegally) is record the patient having the seizure, when someone said that she deleted it and pretended she had her timer open! then she got the receptionist to call the police (reception have the right to call an ambulance watching a medical episode in the waiting room, without a dr asking them to. The receptionist is also performing her job at an incredibly low standard and neglecting patients as well) saying the patient was refusing to leave the surgery (you can’t walk and have a seizure..) the police came out of duty of care but not to get the patient into trouble and by this time, they were found on the street, where they had dragged themselves on their elbows. This dr has been reported to AHPRA and further action is being taken. A registered nurse has been consulted regarding the situation as well as she is aware of the patients condition.

I have been Dr Suzanne's patient for about 30 years and don't trust anyone else with my life. She knows everything you expect your GP to know and then some more. After some car accidents years ago she was the only one who could help me with the pain I was feeling. She even likes the same old cars I do.

Appalling behaviour from a human being, let alone “Dr”!
She breaches all types of conduct, doesn’t believe and or helps her patients.
Absolute useless attitude towards helping patients. I didn’t realise being “holistic” actually just meant negligent.

I've been seeing Suzanne as my main GP for the last 21 years. She is kind, she is thorough and she will listen to your beliefs about what could be going on even though you're just using Dr. Google's opinions. I can't imagine a better GP.
