This review is written by Kevin Rankin. Naylin and his team at Epworth Richmond performed two procedures on my heart two years ago. Due to the implantation of a heart monitoring device he was able to find a problem with my heart and then within two days I was given a pacemaker. Since then I have been able to continue my normal life knowing that my pacemaker is being monitored by medtronics. I am grateful for all of the care that I have received over the past two years and the followup meetings with Naylin. It is reassuring to have excellent care through Naylin and I am truely thankful.

Naylin has gone beyond all duties to get me sorted for an urgent hip operation, but getting me into have my heart checked prior to having my hip replacement. I’m so glad we have a great guy here ion the border. Also has time for you without feeling rushed through

A very professional, obviously caring, and skilled surgeon. we are very lucky to have a man of this quality on the border. His staff are somewhat eclectic, while also professional, caring and highly helpful, with more than a hint of stress reducing humor, which is a quality shared by their boss. I was also very impressed by the team he has around him at the Epworth hospital in Richmond. You can relax knowing you are getting the best of care available .

My son & I attended this cardiologist & we were told my son doesn't have a heart condition he is just overweight but wait here is my Mediterranean diet I've compiled. He was quite rude towards me & I felt he judged mine & sons eating by our size. I have a back injury & have put on weight but I'm a very healthy person. Anyway we got a second opinion with another cardiologist & turns out my son had an inner ear problem picked up by this cardiologist. Will not be returning to this one. Not very good Dr, patient manner.

Not happy. Today 15/12/21 I had an appointment at 2.40pm. I left work early, got to the rooms, only to find it locked. Then rang their number only to have the answering service advise that they are closed for the Christmas period. It was only a couple of weeks earlier that this appointment was confirmed, yet no one advised the business would be closed, nor did anyone attempt to re-schedule my appointment. I wish I could say this was the only time I had been let down, but no, it is about the third time in many years that I have been let down.
