Scheduling is terrible, my appointment was at 9:40 am and I was waiting for over an hour. Management would rather overbook to make more money than put their customers first and schedule appropriately. Not even a phone call to let customers know they are running late.

In 2021 Dr Mehnaaz Jamal was very disrespectful when my father had passed away. She had the wrong information that he was a diabetic and argued with me over the phone asking me how I could not know his medical history. When she realised she had made a mistake she called and notified the attending police officer but did not apologise to me. I can't in good faith recommend anyone attend a practice that does not have the decency to own up to a mistake.

Reception staff are rude. If you cant handle working in a high pressure environment with phones ringing constantly and people waiting at reception desk, then maybe reception work is not for you. Need to work on being a little more pleasant and polite and dont forget to SMILE 🙂

Dr hamad has been looking after me for the last 30 years he explains everything to me clearly so that I understand his staff are courteous and helpful parking is available at any time my only complaint is that he is rarely on time

Dr Mahhmooud not experience Doctor he performs Surgery without knowledge , he needs to go back to university to study again .

I STRONGLY DO NO RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANY WOMEN TO HAVE PROCEDURE .
