Dr Iqbal, but I think your time is up. You need to leave the medical industry for good.
You should not have prescribed anti depressants to my uncle which for months which made him extremely unwell for months. You also gave him the medication from the hospital not as prescribed !
I came to you and begged you to put my uncle in hospital as he was VERY mentally unwell ! You didn’t. 3 nights later he rang the Ambulance himself at 4am threatening to kill someone and himself. You’ve known the family for 30+ years. you should have known better. You could have done a lot better !!

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait . He is a lovely man but professionally I found it odd that he would not re- subscribe a medication that was required. I found the process confusing and inconvenient particularly as I had to book in with another doctor to re-subscribe my long term medication .
It seems that only one request can be seen to by Dr Iqbal ( eg; a prescription) and that An entirely new visit was required to meet each individual concern .
