He cares for his patient and takes his time. There isn't much waiting nor is there a need to make an appointment. From my experience with Doctor Loc Nguyen, you need to ask him for the medicine, otherwise he wouldn't suggest using them since they aren't really good for your body as a whole.

I haven't seen his son the Optometrist, but my mother recommends him as well as his father as GP.

His wife used to work as a Dentist, but she retired now. Price is indeed higher than others out there, but she does spend much of her time doing her job which includes giving you advice on how to keep your gums and teeth clean & healthy.

Doctor Loc Nguyen is lovely. Was so helpful and was very clear in his communication about the next steps needed for my back and shoulder pain. Very down to earth and made the entire experience very comfortable.

The receptionist however, diabolical. What kind of RECEPTIONIST has the balls to talk to patients as though she's the doctor? Walked in and the first thing she asked me was "Who was your previous doctor and how frequently did you visit them". Then she proceeded to question on about me needing to bring my medical history, explaining (lecturing) to me the importance of bringing out a printed copy prior to coming. If this was an exclusive billionaires yacht club, fine. But she needs to calm down. It's Bonnyrigg, South Western Sydney. Your son's/husband's PHD shouldn't entitle you to new levels of arrogance.

I took a friend's mother to see this doctor. First impression was that he was knowledgeable and kind. He spoke clearly and fluently in English (he spoke also in Vietnamese but I can't review this as I do not understand the language) and was detailed in his explaination. He gave his patient plenty of time which is rare in my own doctors experience (max 5 mins and I am out the door). I left feeling my friend's mother is in capable hands. I hope he changes policy and allow new patients in as I would be the first to line up.
