Professional, understanding, supportive, kind, knowledgeable and above and beyond call of duty.
Not only did Dr Simmons assist me via video call on her day off but she also was available via email with same day response. I am so grateful, highly recommended.

Didn’t seem particularly concerned with helping me figure out what was wrong. Ordered a range of blood tests then rang me to tell me they had all come back normal. Later sent a useful email with the results and informed me thyroid antibodies were elevated, but offered no information on what might cause that, what I should try next, or whether there was anything I could do to help address the elevated antibodies. Didn’t really answer my follow-up questions. Not a terrible experience, just didn’t feel like I got particularly interested service for the price. Would go somewhere else next time.

She is the bestest doctor in this entire world. I put her in the same place where I put my mummy, she made me feel like she is my own mummy, I haven’t seen any doctor as caring as her, very helpful, very patient, she is like god
