Today while passing by, my wife went in for a one-hour massage. The male therapist was extremely rude and disrespectful. This wasn't a cheap massage - $110 for one hour. His attitude today was completely unprofessional. I have already filed a complaint with the mall management. Additionally, this man is not a licensed practitioner - he's posing as a fake therapist.

The best acupuncture clinic ever. The service was exceptional, and Dr Jenny was extremely professional. The staff here is very friendly, and the doctor is very professional. I was treated by Dr Yilan , who took a lot of time to patiently conduct my consultation and answer all of my questions. I received excellent treatment, and I’m grateful to Dr Yilan for considering me like family, making sure I didn’t spend money on unnecessary treatment. If you’re looking for a high-quality acupuncture and massage clinic, I highly recommend Dr Li’s TCM Clinic.

I was recommended this place and booked in with Dom for a remedial massage after seeing his name pop up in so many positive reviews. SO glad I did, Dom is incredible at what he does. He is a true professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. He always makes sure to tailor the session to my needs and focus on specific problem areas. On top of that, he goes the extra mile to share his extensive knowledge and has given me a lot of insight on how I can better take care of my body in between sessions. I’ve been back a few times now and each time I walk out feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

I was recommended this place but I think I probably won’t be returning. The massage itself wasn’t too bad but I felt like it doesn’t warrant a return. We had to wait a bit for our session to even start and apparently if you get Dr Li as your masseuse, he will leave a few times during the massage to attend to things. When I went in there was a long hair on the towel (hopefully the masseuses) but you’ll also still hear the shopping mall’s music and also the Chinese conversation of the staff next door.
