I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Kohler and his admin staff this week. Dr Kohler had a wealth of knowledge and blew me away with his professional yet warm approach.
Dr Kohler listened to everything I had to say and didn't treat me as a number or a give me a typical text book diagnosis. He actually cares unlike the majority of the health field.
If anyone has a sports injury waste no time and just go to the best, Dr Kohler is incredible.

In late 2023, I consulted with Dr. Kohler regarding a longstanding groin/hernia issue. After a thorough analysis and review of scans, I was provided with a recommendation and the contact information for a surgeon based in Sydney, whom I was prepared to pay for treatment.

Despite attempting to contact the recommended surgeon six times, I received no response or callback. I promptly informed Dr. Kohler's team of the situation and was assured they would look into finding an alternative solution. A month later, I received a text message from the Gold Coast Hospital, notifying me that I had been placed on their appointment waiting list. However, I have yet to be seen by the hospital, and I’ve been informed that it will take an additional six months before I can have an appointment.

At no point did Dr. Kohler or his team communicate their intention to refer me to the Gold Coast Hospital, nor was I kept informed of any follow-up plans. Given that I had already paid up to $1,000 for consultations, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and the absence of a clear treatment pathway. The entire experience left me feeling overlooked, untreated, and unsure of my next steps.

Dr Kohler and his team are all consummate professionals. I had a serious knee injury and after my appointment, Dr Kohler had arranged an MRI to fully understand the extent of damage. From that point I was able to arrange the required surgery. Highly recommend to the athlete or anyone in between.

I've done quite a few PRP in GC and Dr Kohler is the most gentle person who does my PRP. Injection was hardly painful as I'm a super wimp when it comes to needles. Whoever that's scared of needles, pls go to Dr Kohler. He looks like a WWF star but super gentle. Highly recommend!
