I've been seeing Dr OSMAN for some time now and I couldn't thank him enough. He's incredibly thorough, takes the time to listen, explains things clearly and you never feel rushed or dismissed. He cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure you're looked after properly. TEE at reception is just as wonderful - always warm, efficient and so easy to speak to. Tee makes the process of booking and follow ups feel so smooth and welcoming. Honestly makes such a difference walking into a place where you're welcomed with kindness and things run smoothly (I can't emphasis this enough!!!). Thank you both - your work doesn't go unnoticed

I had a great experience with Dr. Sadia Ahmed.She is not only knowledgeable but also very caring and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled doctor!

And thanks to the friendly receptionists. They greeted me with a warm smile and were very helpful in answering my questions. Their positive attitude made me feel welcome and relaxed. I appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend this center to others!

Very unprofessional experience, and unfortunately, it wasn’t just a one-time issue. We had multiple appointments booked for 12:00 PM and ended up waiting over 1.5 hours each time to see the doctor. On one occasion, they even told us the system was down and they "might" be able to fit us in — no prior notice or communication. A simple courtesy call or text to inform patients would go a long way.

We were only visiting this clinic because of Dr. Sadia Ahmed, who was excellent. Sadly, she is no longer available here. The new doctor, Dr. Maria, was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable with her strange behavior and attitude.

Overall, we’re very disappointed and will not be coming back. I would not recommend this clinic to others.

I had an excellent experience at Hall Street Medical. The team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about patient well-being. Dr Osman takes the time to listen and provide thorough, personalized care, making one feel valued and well looked after. The clinic is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service. One of the very few medical centres that still allows International students to use their OSHC insurance without a gap and helps them diligently . A must recommend from my side !

I called Dr Khaled Osman’s clinic to ask about a service and the experience was awful from the start. The receptionist was unbelievably rude with no patience no professionalism and a bad attitude. It felt like they didn’t care at all about helping or answering questions

They quoted me 110 dollars for something that costs 10 to 20 dollars elsewhere. No clear explanation just a ridiculous price that made no sense. It honestly felt like they were trying to scam me

I didn’t even end up going and I’m glad I didn’t. If this is how they act over the phone I can’t imagine what it’s like in person. Definitely not recommended

Not the Experience Any Pregnant Woman Deserves...

I had my 20-week morphology scan here and sadly wouldn’t recommend it. The appointment was an hour late and had to hold a full bladder. The sonographer didn’t speak the entire scan which went over an hour. He offered no reassurance when I asked if everything was okay, and we didn’t get to hear the heartbeat. I’d mentioned at the start how excited we were to find out the gender—it wasn’t mentioned again until I asked at the end, after being asked how we’d like to pay. It felt cold and transactional during what should’ve been a special moment.

On a positive note, the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, the scan experience itself lacked empathy and communication, which left me feeling anxious and disappointed. I’d recommend going elsewhere for a more supportive experience.
