My one and only clinic I go to! as I experienced a lot of unbelievable shocking stories from other clinics! from booking in and still waiting for 4 hrs! experiencing rude staff shouting in your face and careless doctors! but not Dr Julie Ong, She is fast and quick to know your problems and ready to listen to your medical history before prescribing any medications, no wasting of your time and ready to help if she can, staffs are friendly and reliable anytime of the day too, I hope and wish that doctors and staffs will be trained by them, so patients can feel they are heard and that we matter, by the way I never ever regret having to travel 35 minutes from our place coz it's so worth it! If you want less stress and feel heard this is the go to clinic!

Have the highest respect for Dr. Julie Ong. Understands and acknowledges the concerns of her patient and parents of the patient.
Unfortunately for her staff, they need to have more empathy. Clearly needs to know the clinic hours better so they wouldn’t give out false and misleading information to patients as their wrongful information is critical and vital to an individual.
In addition, please don’t respond to a concerned parent with a phrase “i can do what i want”
That is very unprofessional.

Such a relief to finally go to a doctor who hears me when i tell them honestly whats wrong. Ive been to several throughout the years and have been scarred from ever wanting to go to another doctor again but when i came here she was firm with me but also THOROUGH and because of that we found a number of issues going on that need time to heal. Never had a doctor listen to me and then thoroughly run me through so many tests but because she did i dont suffer so hard anymore and know whats going on in my body. Thank you

After the second dose of vaccination, I was told by my mom, that the doctor I associated with that I need to lose weight. Hear me out first please.
First of all, I DID NOT ask to be advised about my weight-loss journey, at the time. I wanted to get my second dose of the Astrazeneca vaccine, and that's it.
Second of all, I really thought the experience with the doctor was good and lighthearted and now I am changing my mind.
Third of all, making comments like this in a situation where the person doesn't want it does more harm than good. How would you feel if you had unwanted comments that you need to lose weight? Exactly.
Lastly, IF the comments were true, then I am disappointed in you. You do not know my health journey or story. I am expecting a sincere apology. Please do better.
