Dr Jenny is very rude and disrespectful. She treats her patients with passive aggressive behavior. She is dismissive and disregards concerns. I had to wait for over an hour and 15 mins to get in for my appointment, yet when I finally saw her she told me I'm a new patient so she can't spend too much time on me. She was rushing me since I entered. I asked her for basic advice and she told me to leave then ignored me although it was a yes or no question.
I can't understand how this type of person is a doctor yet she is so inhumane and uncivil. She can't even be a waitress at this rate. She would be better off running a business to crack money rather than use the health service and people's health to run her little money making business. So disappointed!

Booked in to see Dr Jenny after work and what a shock. Planned so much and expected so much from her BUT! She cut me off and was very straight forward. She was short, blunt and I felt like crying. She asked technical questions when, where, how long...and printed out 2 referral papers not even explaining why. The 'consultation' lasted about 10 minutes. I don't think I will come back to see her again. I am still shocked. How a doctor treats a patient in such an unprofessional manner. Where is the humanism? Where is 'lương y như từ mẫu' nowadays?

Very rude and unprofessional “doctor” took my daughter there once and was not treated well. She rushes her appointments, and disregards concerns that my daughter had. None of the individuals here know how to act professionally. Please don’t run a practice if you can’t deal with patients in a respectful and professional manner.

I told you I had irregular periods for 3 months straight and I wanted a blood test and you said to me there's no point because you're so young (i'm 22) nothing will show up. My iron deficiency actually came back when you told me about the blood results.

Also Jenny your attitude towards me is horrible I don't understand. I have come in multiple times for the past few months and you will shoo me out in 5 minutes max when I come in, and you tell me to come back. If it's money you want from me, you sure got it. But I'm not going to see you any longer. I made a compliant to your nurse so that your attitude can change but you were still so rude, especially regarding my thrush that has been ongoing for 2-3 months. I told you about my symptoms and you scrunched your face in disgust. I have come in multiple times and every time, you look and sound as if you do not want me to be there, however, you tell me to come back for further testing for my thrush. You took two vaginal samples from me and want another one. Prescribed me vaginal clindamycin which is recommended for BACTERIAL vaginal infections, not a fungal infection. Do you think I'm f--king stupid Jenny? Please listen to me when I say don't go to her.

I asked for a pap smear and a blood test in one go and she told me that it's not allowed because only one is covered by Medicare (fair point) but the way you delivered this was so condescending, telling me that the "problem with people like you is that you don't know what is covered by Medicare" and quickly told me to choose one (doing a blood test or pap smear) and to "hurry up" and that it's a busy centre. There was one other person in the reception. It literally never looks full, probably because you just kick everyone out in 5 mins tops.

Anyways, if you're reading this Jenny, if you don't enjoy being a doctor, then take a break, don't take it out on your patients like me. And fix your attitude pls. Thanks 🙂

The receptionist of Dr Jenny Nguyen-Lam is very rude, arrogant and stressful manner. I booked appointment at 9:30qm, then the nurse saw me at 10:25am. I asked the receptionist when I can see the Dr assI have been waiting for almost 1 hr...She replied that my appointment at 9:30qm, then I should have turned up at 9am to do paper work and started to blame on me. While waiting there I witnessed how she (the receptionist) spoke to other patients who came after me or on the phone... I thought she has no sense of polite manner, no rate for customer service and not qualified for receptionist. I am guessing she is either Mother or Sister of the Dr. I decided not to go back there again.
