I had a really nice appointment with Dr Jemma at Woom. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews of Woom. My experience was good. They called me and said they had a cancellation and did I want to come in earlier. I found Dr Jemma to be compassionate and she explained things to me in a kind and easy to understand way. She suggested some treatments and talked me through how they might work, etc. She listened to me and acknowledged how I was feeling. Grateful to have met with her and have a treatment approach to try.

I honestly can’t believe the difference I’ve felt since seeing Dr. Jemma Dalrymple at WOOM in West Perth. I’ve struggled with all the symptoms of menopause for years and had already tried multiple specialists and even HRT — including the patches, which sadly did absolutely nothing for me.

Dr. Jemma was the first to really listen and suggest a treatment plan that finally worked: a double approach with estrogen gel and progesterone tablets. Within just a couple of weeks, my hot flashes — which used to overwhelm me even just having a coffee in a client meeting — are basically gone. For the first time in years, I actually feel cold again! No more clammy, overheated misery — I feel like a normal human again.

She’s warm, friendly, genuinely curious, and such an active listener — which, let’s be honest, is rare. I felt heard, understood, and completely reassured in her care. My energy is lifting, my brain fog is easing, and I finally feel like I’m getting me back.

If you’ve been struggling with menopause and feeling like no one’s cracking the code for you — I cannot recommend Dr. Dalrymple enough. Truly life changing.

Unprofessional Reception team/ Condescending and Rude.

Calling reception to find out about results that should have been emailed to me within two weeks. Receptionists name was Sam. Not only does she hang up on me, but upon calling back, spoke to me in such a condescending manner. Every question I had was answered with a "nah". Not forthcoming with any answers. I had to find them out myself by asking a million questions. At which point she told me to ring the hospital to find out.
I honestly felt like I was just fobbed off, for the amount of money you pay, it's very disappointing!

I had an appointment with Dr Anna Clare and I am very disappointed with how the appointment went. This Dr greeted myself and my mum with so much rudeness. She didn’t have a smile on her face when greeting my mum and I, and throughout the consult she completely disregarded my symptoms. I was charged $300 for an 10 minute appointment.. absolutely ridiculous!. I have come to this clinic twice and twice I have walked out feeling very let down by two gynaecologist there, I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again.

Booked a Well Women Check (45 min) and arrived with all the questionnaires completed "to get the most out of your consultation". Despite having an appointment, I waited for 30 minutes before being seen by the doctor. As this was my first Well Women Check, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the consultation lasted only 20 minutes, after which I was back at the front desk.

When I inquired if what I had just experienced was indeed the Well Women Check, the receptionist gave a vague response, mentioning that the doctor had just put it through as a long consult. This was something I could have done with my regular GP, and there was no explanation provided for the change.

I called the next day to follow up and understand where the communication breakdown occurred (And giving the clinic a second chance). However, I received evasive answers again and was asked to send an email with my inquiry. I'm not willing to spend any more time on this. Very disappointed with the service and lack of transparency.

I can not fault the professionalism and kindness. Dr Hunter and Dr Gallagher have gone above and beyond with their care for me. All the staff are lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Such a nice change for a medical practice. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service, my referral was sent to them and I was told to call to make an appointment. Only to have a very blunt and rude response on the phone who told me I would be called when they’re ready to book me in. They called 2 weeks later offering me an appointment for the next day due to a cancellation. At short notice I couldn’t rearrange my work so asked when would the next available one be. They offered me a slot for July (4 months away). I was trying to get a 30 min phone consultation! I asked if I can be put on a cancellation list as my issue was in need to attention sooner than July. They then said I can’t be put in a cancellation list until I had my initial appointment. Not sure why they offered me one for the next day then! The whole experience I felt like the receptionist didn’t care at all and was rude and blunt. Needless to say I’m not booing in here! And seems like I’m not the only one having this experience.

Agree with some of the comments about this clinic being inaccessible. My referral was sent through in October 2023 and my results were triaged by this clinic and completely missed the severity of my condition. The earliest appointment I could get was in June 2024. Since then, I have been experiencing chronic pelvic pain with no were else to turn but to present myself at emergency where I was taken very seriously and seen right away. Surgery to treat my condition was scheduled in a matter of hours and I am now in recovery. Woom Women's Health, if you are representing women's health please take all referrals seriously and take a good look at the results at the time of triage before you decide to make someone wait eight months for an appointment. Your actions are negligent and unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic for this reason.
