Dr Janet Kidd is one of the most, if not most exceptional doctors that I have met. I have been a patient of Dr Kidd’s on and off (due to travel and relocation) for over 20 years. She is outstanding when it comes to diagnosis and very well qualified and informed about up-to-date treatment options. Unfortunately, I do have several conditions that require ongoing checks and medical support and I have always been grateful for Dr Kidd’s exceptional medical skill and expertise alongside a kind, caring and warm bedside manner which is also of significant importance to me. I know that I can always discuss anything with Dr Kidd and she is a great listener who understands my values and choices when it comes to medical treatment. When I have needed a referral to a specialist, Dr Kidd has been able to refer me to other outstanding medical professionals who I have also been able to experience ease and confidence with their assessments, treatments and doctor patient relationship skills. I highly recommend Dr Janet Kidd to anyone seeking a well experienced and qualified medical practitioner and especially to women who prefer a female doctor for whatever their reasons.

I have seen Dr Janet Kidd a couple of times and each time she was in a hurry and would not take time to listen to me. I came for a GP referral and she said I was not eligible for one the first time. I had to see a specialist who called her to tell her that I was actually eligible for it and how she could do the referral. And then she took my appointment 20 minutes late and kept me for just 10 minutes, saying she had to be on time for the next patient. I don't need a doctor like this who thinks she is a superstar but won't take the necessary time and listen to the patient.

Janet is one of the best doctors I’ve ever come across.. She’s incredibly switched on, knowledgeable, empathetic, smart etc. I first went to her many, many years ago & after leaving Sydney could never find a doctor that came close to her. I’m now back in Sydney & even though I’m not close to Darlinghurst, will travel just to see her & to feel confident with a doctor as knowledgeable & caring & as empathetic as what Janet is. An incredibly great doctor & would seriously go above & beyond to recommend her. They don’t come much better than her. ?

We have always had positive experiences with Janet and she is particularly good with children (our baby warmed to her very easily). The centre can be busy so if you need a long time to go through any issues good idea to book double appointment. Highly recommended.
