Dr Farag is knowledgable and seems like a nice person but professionally not so great. I have had 3 appointments scheduled now & due to his lack of time management and poor communication, one appointment was over 45 mins late, one didn't go ahead (he was so late), and the other, I was left waiting over 2 hours for a tele-health appointment. I see patients myself (in health field) and would never treat them this way. The reception staff don't apologise for his poor management. Don't bother, you can get better service elsewhere.

My husband and I have been to see Dr Farag many times over the past 19+ years! We have 3 beautiful children (naturally conceived) and now I've been back to see him for gynecological issues in recent times. He is always professional and friendly AND is very proud to see my grown-up children who are now 19, 16, and 13. It is so welcoming to walk back into his surgery to familiar faces with the lovely Sharon at the front desk (17 years of service says wonderful things) and the delightful Amy pottering around behind the scenes. Yes, sometimes you wait to see him...but babies don't wait and you want your obstetrician there for you when your time comes! So glad to have Dr Farag in my corner when I have needed him. :--)

I can’t speak more highly of dr Farag, he has been so helpful and so supportive through my pregnancy and fertility journey. He’s testing goes above and beyond, he always has been warm and welcoming and given me so much respect and time during my appointment. The admin have always been friendly and yes you may have to wait a while but he is ran off he’s feet. And he is worth the wait. Highly recommend

Dr Farag has delivered all 3 of my children. All 3 of my pregnancies had complications. His care is professional and he is very thorough with testing. The office staff are very professional and so helpful. Nothing is a bother. I definately recommend Dr Farag as an obstetrician, especially if you experience complications.

This is long but a very accurate account of my experience. Not a good one unfortunately…I’m very displeased with how my partner and I have been treated with this mob. Do not even think about going through fertility treatment here unless you are an easy case or unless you’re loaded. If you have any medical problems. Don’t even waste the hundreds it costs to receive the very basic of treatment.

From the get go I just felt that the admin and him as a dr are nothing but money hungry. Every time I entered the place I was bombarded every time about payment to them, even when my partner and I specified when we could pay, it fell upon dead ears.

During my actual treatment, Farag rushed it, upping my doses three times in one cycle, and not even willing to be patient. He tried fOR ONE and pretty much a HALF cycles. His next point of charge I’m guessing (may be quiet but I’m not stupid) would have been, pay my consultation fee of a few hundred just to get me in to paying thousands for IVF. He couldn’t even remember the most basic of information such as reporting the wrong age saying I’m older than I am, my partners sexuality came in to question when Farags report said he too is a female He reported my partner is pretty much a pack a day smoker which is way off and exaggerated and it tells me that this DR does not listen, further emphasised by the fact that he couldn’t even remember the treatment he put me on from one appointment to the next, also while hinting at the fact that he is taking on more customers than he can handle. I thought when you had to pay privately it was meant to be QUALITY over QUANTITY. Nope, he focuses more on how many customers he can run through the door rather than help the clientele that he already treats.

It’s sad when the people I speak to, seven families or more have all been extremely displeased with their own personal experiences (wish I had of known that sooner). While he lives life loaded, him and his admin really show how shallow some people can be.

I’ve been through a very horrible run in life and just want a family of my own. I’ve been very ill in past with a lot of misfortune. So much that I could write a novel…heck, I’m almost there now! I just want in life what comes soo naturally for many women and I’m coming short there too and it is very disheartening. Plus I’m running out of time before I get too old, all as this dr cares about is money, not compassion.

Myself and my partner are trying to get our reports transferred over to a fertility who will hopefully help us, they have contacted Farags clinic THREE times, maybe more with no luck.

The one thing I will complement are the nurses. They do a lovely job at where Farag and his admin fall short.

Finally, Do yourself a favour and spare yourselves the thousands. Be patient and go with someone who cares about their clients and gives you what you deserve and not just how full your pockets are.

I’ve debated as to whether I post this review or not. But after seeing another Dr, and the level of care I have received from him, I think I should.
The shortest wait time I had with Farag was 3 hours.. that’s right, the SHORTEST. The longest was a 5 hour wait. Then when you actually see him, the communication isn’t there and very unorganised. I don’t know how he can work with an office so dirty and untidy. Stacks of paperwork everywhere, wouldn’t surprise me if he had papers from patients 30 years ago still floating around. Don’t even start on the reception staff. The only pleasant experience I had here was with the ultrasound tech. The receiption staff were disgusting, and that’s being nice. One of them being his wife, who seemed to be jealous and “annoyed” at her husband helping other females. Then when I finally had surgery, I was made to feel as if my symptoms and issues were in my head and he felt the surgery was a waste of time because he felt he would find nothing.. well a 5+ hour surgery later, that clearly wasn’t the case. I ended up staying in the hospital for a week, and struggled to be treated properly because he never documented anything properly for other staff to know what happened. After the surgery, I never heard or spoke to him again. He didn’t see me while in hospital, and a follow up was never made.
When you’re paying $200+ each appt, not including any other tests etc that you need, then you expect the treating physician to idk do his JOB.
It wasn’t until I started seeing a different OBGYN that I realised how unhappy I was with this experience. The care I’ve received from my new doctor has opened my eyes as to how caring and thorough a doctor should be.

He and his team have supported and guided my husband and I in difficult times and shared our joy and celebrated in the good.
