I have now had 3 surgeries by Mr Khoury. After having 2 knee replacements over the years.l didn't hesitate to contact Mr Khoury about performing my hip replacement surgery. I have full faith and confidence in Mr Khoury.
Mr Khourys team are a great support in the lead up to surgery as well. I cannot recommend Mr Khoury and his team highly enough to anyone considering any surgery in the future.
Mr Khoury has also performed procedures, on different members of my family as well over the years.

We have found the reception people extremely helpful and caring. Always answering our questions in a helpful manner. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Dr Khoury is a great surgeon extremely down to earth explains in our language and not down to you . He is soft spoken and has a great bedside manner. His work is of a very high standard and have had no problems with work that has been done . Would highly recommend to anybody considering having him as their surgeon.

Hello Jessica - I'm gonna pick you up on a few things. True, I'm not a patient, but I was strongly considering your practice for an upcoming procedure - and here's a side note for you, please DO NOT ever phone me again (on a private number of all things) to object to an inquiry that I made, that was general in nature, and not medical. That is the absolute height of callous rudeness! I've run the same set of inquiries through other local practices that were delighted to assist - even though I am not currently a patient of theirs.

Perhaps, provide the correct type of office etiquette for your deplorable staff so that they can learn some manners, and act accordingly.

It has been nothing short of a stressful interaction, dealing with you and your bumbling employees.

Lastly, I'd like to thank you Jessica and Shantelle, however, for motivating me to take my business elsewhere. Have a peachy day :).

Dr Khoury has operated on my mother on more than one occasion, first with bilateral knee replacements due to age and secondly for a #NOF following a fall. He has also reviewed her in hospital when admitted after falls. On all occasions he has treated her with dignity and respect, but most of all with kindness and empathy. He is her surgeon of choice and his inpatient care and post-op follow up is outstanding. He has a way of putting patients and their families at ease.
