The reception seems LOVELY on the phone - not sure about the negative comments here placed about her -
I was running late & lost as my gps was not in use due to phone data issues so I couldn’t commit to my appointment and she was really empathetic about this!! Hence the 5 star review!!

The doctor is very nice and helpful but the front desk lady can't organise anything and this is the second time she has put the appointment time wrong and blames me for being late, if you can wait for 2~3hours you get to see the doctor but i dont recommend you to come here because even if you make an appointment and you come in the same time you still have to wait. The front desk lady is also rude and disrespectful

had to double confirm my appointment and not surprisingly, the receptionist was rude. What kind of person says 'what? what do you want? tell me. I have to go now' before saying Hi. Terrible terrible.

The receptionist here is an absolute dropkick. Won't provide fees over the phone and kept rambling on about how different health practitioners have different fees for different things. Book elsewhere
