Dr Arthur Belthikiotis is a fantastic doctor who I saw for years on the Gold Coast (as did friends and family) and I only stopped seeing him as I moved to Brisbane and few doctors compare. Dr B and his staff were always welcoming and he was always worth the wait. I had issues that were sorted with surgery before progressing to something far worse or even life threatening. If only he practiced in Brisbane!

I found the receptionist to be amazingly rude.
After I was abruptly told the doctor was running late, I asked how late 1hr 2hrs 3hrs, she couldn’t say.
I witnessed her speak in a disgusting tone to an elderly woman that if had of been my mother I would certainly told her to that her manners lack greatly and shove the appointment.
This was for my young daughter, next time I’ll wait in a more pleasant environment.
Surely I’m not the first to encounter this as she appeared very comfortable.
Sorry to see a surgery that cared for me as a child and my family for 40yrs have a deterring first point of contact.

Arthur Belthikiotis makes out he is on your side with the treatment you really need,but it turns out he isn't. You genuinely hope for your health sake he is there to do his job and prescribe you adequate medication treatment but alas not. It's a numbers game by the sound of it so unless it's standard tests or needing anti biotics then otherwise you're wasting your time seeing him.

I've been going for years, always found the front desk staff somewhat rude as if they hate their job and don't have time to deal with you. Been sick for 5 weeks and spend $60 the past 3 or 4 visits still no antibiotics or any other suggestions as to what might be wrong. A bit pathetic. Won't be going back any more.
