Iliopsoas impingement pain is exactly what I experience approximately 18 years following bilateral hip replacement. The prostheses that were placed about 1 year apart differ greatly in size the larger size on the left is uncomfortable nowadays during sit ups or getting into a car on the right side. For the first 16 years there was no discomfort. I limit the things that cause the pain and overall have had considerable relief of pain since my surgeries.
