2 years ago my mum received care through Carers Gateway and they employed Home Instead to provided social company twice a week. We were so happy and impressed with the two ladies that when mum was approved for a Care Package we didn't hesitate to sign up with Home Instead as we didn't want to loose these ladies.
From the fantastic ladies that came into our home and cared for mum, our supportive Case Manager Casey and scheduling team and office staff, we cant thank you all enough for your respectful care and assistance.
Special mention to the beautiful, cheeky soul Roz, gorgeous Raquel (unfortunately no longer working), the wonderful Jess now a Case Manager, Bridget, Theresa and the juggling scheduler Melissa. You will all be missed now that mum has transitioned to Permanent Care.

Casey's professionalism and efficiency in addressing my mother's needs, referrals to services, phone calls and emails have made my life easy. Thanks to her, I can go to work and have the peace of mind (which I did not have from other HCP providers) that my mother's services are running smoothly and that her permanent carers are attending the house and building up a good working relationship with my mother.

I knew that I had found the Service Provider I wanted to have care for my parent's needs from the first meeting I had with Giovanni from Home Instead Geelong. While speaking with Giovanni, his passion for what his family business was able to offer clients shone through with genuine sincerity. The paperwork to sign up Mum and Dad was straightforward, services for my parents were put in place quickly and Home Instead’s Service fees were made available, were transparent and came with no hidden costs.
Mum and Dad have been with Home Instead for about nine months now and in that time, Mum has had a new lease on life, she adores her CAREgivers and when I ask her about how she went at grocery shopping, the doctors or having companionship when doing some personal shopping she says, they help me with everything and we talk and talk and talk, it’s like we have known each other for ever. My heart bursts with happiness knowing Mum is being treated and cared for so well. One of the services Dad has in place is Gardening where someone comes to mow the lawns, the gardening providers engaged by Home Instead do a fabulous job, they are courteous, efficient and get the job done with minimal impact to Mum and Dad.
As part of client management, Mum and Dad are assigned a Care Manager. Their Care Manager is Jasmin, a gem in her own right, she has helped me so much with setting up initial services, making tweaks or adding new services as my parent’s needs change. Efficient, capable, prompt and great at offering helpful suggestions, I don’t know what I would have done not having her. She has been my sanity during some difficult times.
Not to be forgotten are all the wonderful administrative staff working hard on day-to-day tasks or keeping us in the loop to communicate service changes that may occur and we need to know about.
My experience with Home Instead Geelong from the first meeting has always been a positive one and any interactions I have had with them, I am made to feel like I am the only person they have spoken to that day.
Home Instead have gone from being a Service Provider, to our extended family. I am grateful for everything all of their staff do for my parents. I would highly recommend Home Instead Geelong to provide care for your loved ones.

When I was recommended to apply to Home Instead for my Care Package provider I was at a low point in my life having lost my husband of 62 years..Since having Home Instead looking out for my needs I feel wanted again..Their Managers and providers are so beautiful and caring ..I have a wonderful home worker each week. A fantastic Gardner.other workers who look after maintenance etc
My meals are from Lite & Easy at a reduced rate and to many other things
I have received from this wonderful company.
Thank you Home Instead for giving me the assistance and the wanted care I needed that now allows me to stay in my own home and move forward with my life.. I would like everybody seeking an aged care provider please talk to the staff at Home Instead and consider joining them you will never regret that you did..
Their office being in radius of the Geelong area is also comforting to know.
