All the staff and the doctor's that I have had been seeing for over 30 years are exceptionally good. Dr Frank has been helping me manage my health for all of these years. Other doctors there are also very good. I could not have better doctors and staff helping me manage my complicated health issues.

The receptionists are amazing people. But the nurse name Mimi is not professional at all and the Persian speaking doctor is not helpful too. When we want to see her we have to wait at least 1 hour but if we are late for few minutes she becomes aggressive

My children and I have been a patient of Dr Franks for 26 years. I Ge is one of the most thorough, kindest most caring Dr I have ever met he takes time to listen explains everything to you. He is wonderful with children and my special needs daughter always looks forward to her hugs when she see him. I see him on a fortnightly basis and when things are not good he is happy to talk to me via phone ... I would higly recommend this surgery to anyone. I have seen all the Drs there when Frank hasnt been available over the years and I highly recommend them all . The reception staff always look after us and are never to busy for a quick chat. The nurses are also amazing Mimi has been there to help us through some tuff times. Thankyou everyone at Dovecare for taking excellent care of us.

Heads up for all,
I went to this clinic, the doc I saw was Fareba, she was absolutely rude to my parents and also to me. Then When I was visiting her for my serious injuries, then she gave me the wrong advice. I was watching that her action was completely discriminated then I came to another doctor then the other doctor said that the Dr Fareba has either lied to you or she doesn't know her job well.
