Went there an hour before closing thinking I would have enough time for simple bloods and urine.
The older woman on staff left me waiting there for 20 minutes - 15 of which she definitely knew I was there because she came out of one of the rooms to make a lengthy phone call.
At which point she told me she wouldn’t have time to see me because she had two others ahead of me for ECGs. I’ve had an ECG… They absolutely do not take 20 minutes each to do.
Mind you all of this was while I was waiting there with a pram and a newborn. Any new mother knows what an absolute hassle it is to get out of the house with infant in tow. Don’t go to this DHM. Save your time and go somewhere where the service isn’t shocking.

The staff here are very nasty! They have been rude either to myself or to others when I have been there (been there approx 5 times as this one is open later than the other Douglas Hanly Moir’s in the area). I go out of my way to be extra friendly and it doesn’t help, especially with the older lady, she is very unfriendly. They also take a long time to do each test. Even when I was the only person waiting and next in line, I was still there for 30mins, so don’t expect a quick test during your lunch break or anything like that.
