Slowest place in town to get bloods. Unless you want to wait over an hour go elsewhere. Staff that have taken my blood have always been lovely but due to wait times I go elsewhere whenever I can.

Absolute disgrace. Waiting time ridiculous. People leaving after waiting 40 min. People sick, phlebotomists taking 15 -20 min for one venipuncture. Receptionist lovely and obviously embarrassed told a 10 min wait and now over one hour.

Hours show they shut at 6pm. Finished work at 4, when straight there. Waste of time, hours on the door show closing time of 4pm. Waste of time and fuel. Please update your hours.

Had a COVID test here today. While the swab test itself is not pleasant, the staff were excellent. COVID protocols dictate that once you check in at the counter you then wait in your car or outside until it is your turn. They then phone you when it is your turn and you go straight through for the test.
