The location info and signage here is terrible. I was wandering around asking for directions for ages before I found the place. Afterwards I got sent an email with a link to the bill but it came up as a blank screen. The email says to call them if there is a problem. When you call the phone number you get a recorded message asking you to send an email. Then it turns out they over-charged me but if you don’t pay they give you a bad credit report. How is this place still in business?

Came here for blood test referred by my doctor. I will receive reimbursement by private insurance so it took extra time for the staff to confirm the price. The staff was patient throughout. She even kindly let me re check my details to ensure I receive an official receipt via emails. I had really bad experience at a Douglass Hanley Moir branch in Strathfield before (the invoice wasn’t sent to the right address resulting in months of delay). This time it’s much smoother and more pleasant - and the wait time is minimal.

Charged me $190 for a simple blood test, a repeat of one I'd done through a different provider earlier which was bulk billed for $39. I wasn't told the price beforehand, only that I'd need to submit Medicare myself.

Terrible attendance. The employee G…. , in Crows Nest treated me very badly, and didn't know how to report anything. It took a long time for her to tell me that I had to pay $480 for a blood test and they wouldn't accept my Overseas student Bupa Card. Besides, she even wrote things in my Referal. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. What Laboratorio Laverty accepts and provides a friendly and efficient service. Douglas Pathology never again.

This is the result of a blood test. Good veins. 1st try. At North Sydney clinic. I have had loads of blood tests in my lifetime and none of them have even left a mark, much less a whopping bruise like this.

Great staff and customer service. No ques and very quiet. the lady could easily find the vein and do the blood test even though wherever I go they do lots of attempt to find my vein.
