Had the worst shoulder an back pain . Didn't know how to work around my disk injury at gym went to many physio nothing was working for me but this guy before I took my shirt he like are you getting chest pain he was like shoulder are hunching in so bad an he picked this up so quick. Thats what was wrong with me posture an he didn't give me a crazy amount of excersise only a couple he knew would benefit me. changed my life set me on a healthy path .
