You can walk in here with 1 person in front of you routinely and there will be a 1 hour wait.

Unbelievable this has happened countless times the staff here are lucky to test more than 10 people in a 8 hour shift.

The most inefficient joke of an organisation to exist.

You could almost say I was knocked off my feet by their care.
The lovely Ladies here deserve more credit. While the wait time was a bit long, the care I received was exceptional. I love the personable staff they have.
When I passed out and hit my head, they took wonderful care of me.
This is where I go for my blood collection.

Arriving early for my procedure I was met by a friendly staff member who opened the door and greeted me kindly as they were assisting me through the door. Enquiring as to my reason for the visit and hearing that I had to have an ultrasound immediately after my visit I was seen by a team member immediately and on my way! I appreciated the support and respect that they gave me.

I attended The Clinic with my girlfriend for blood test. Jenni and the team were very quick and attentive to duty of care. Clinic very clean. Bathrooms provided. Unsuited parking provided. Highly recommended. Will call again 100 stars given

Sick and tired of unattended collection centre, or having to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen by staff. Will no longer be going to a Dorevitch centre; rather, will be going to an opposition firm. Management are the problem here, not the staff.

Really respectful staff who go out of their way to make anything in their wide range of services easy and if possible, enjoyable. They are extremely competent and can't do enough for you. They treat everyone the same both paying and bulk bill patients.
